This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by FixImage at any time.

You agree NOT to use FixImage to:

• Process images containing illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Edit images you don't own or have permission to modify
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract our algorithms
• Overload our systems with automated requests
• Create content that violates copyright or other intellectual property rights
• Generate or edit images for fraudulent purposes

FixImage is provided "as is" without any guarantees of availability or performance. We strive to maintain high uptime but:

• Services may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance
• We don't guarantee 100% uptime
• Features may be added, modified, or removed
• Performance may vary based on your device and internet connection

Your Content: You retain all rights to images you upload and edit. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Our Service: FixImage, including its design, code, algorithms, and branding, is protected by intellectual property laws.

The information on FixImage is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FixImage:

• Excludes all representations and warranties relating to this website and its contents
• Does not guarantee the accuracy or quality of image processing results
• Is not responsible for any loss of data or corrupted files
• Disclaims liability for any damages arising from use of the service

In no event shall FixImage or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use FixImage.
